How much will you charge me?

Nothing. There are no set up costs or ongoing management charges.

How long does it take to set up?

We can have your new hotel site up and running in minutes. Once registered as a partner, you can get instant access to our partner content management system where you can create new sites and customise your site design. Our account management team will be in contact after you register to help set up your sites.

Do I need technical experience?

None. We've build the platform to be as user friendly as possible which means no coding and no complex setup tasks. We're here to assist you and your dedicated Account Manager will be on hand to help whenever you need it.

Who hosts my website?

All of our partners benefit from a fully managed hosting solution on one of the fastest and most reliable IP networks in the world. All sites reside on a fully redundant and scalable server architecture which provides lightening fast response times which is not only good for the user experience but the search engines too.

What markets do you cover?

We provide the tools for you to target whatever market you feel a business opportunity exists. The better the niche, the higher the conversion.

How regularly will I be paid?

You'll be paid quarterly on confirmed bookings although we expect to make this monthly by Q3 2010.

How will I receive payment?

You'll receive a BACs payment. If you are a non-UK resident or business, you will be paid via an international transfer. The payments will be made on the same dates, however you must have generated a minimum of £150 for the payment to be processed.

How secure are the users payments made on the site?

We use high-grade 256-bit encryption for all credit card transactions and process all payments securely. We adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

Who deals with customer enquiries?

We take care of everything to do with the booking. We provide telephone customer support for all users.

What are the specifics of the artwork that I need?

The header needs to be 800 pixels wide by 150 pixels tall.
